What is Cheetah Scanner?
Cheetah Scanner is a SaaS tool for Amazon resellers. Upload your distributor catalogs, and we'll extract products, match them to Amazon listings, and calculate profitability — so you can quickly find items worth selling.
What file formats are supported?
We support CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and PDF catalogs. Our extraction engine handles a wide variety of catalog layouts and formats automatically.
How does product extraction work?
When you upload a catalog, our system reads the file, identifies individual products, and extracts key details like UPC codes, product names, and wholesale costs.
How does Amazon matching work?
Extracted products are matched to Amazon listings using UPC codes and product data. We pull current pricing, sales rank, FBA fees, and other data needed to calculate profitability.
What are tokens?
Tokens are the currency of Cheetah Scanner. Each item processed costs one token — whether or not a match is found. You buy tokens in advance and they're consumed as items are searched. Catalog uploads and product extraction are free — you only pay for the Amazon matching step.
How does pricing work?
Tokens have a base price of $0.15 each with volume discounts up to 30% off. The more you buy at once, the less each token costs. There's no subscription — buy tokens when you need them.
What is auto-refill?
Auto-refill is an optional feature that automatically purchases more tokens when your balance drops below a threshold you set. This ensures you never run out of tokens mid-job. You can enable or disable it at any time from your profile.
How is profitability calculated?
We calculate estimated profit by subtracting your wholesale cost, Amazon FBA fees, and referral fees from the current Amazon selling price. We also show ROI percentage and sales rank to help you assess demand.
How accurate is the data?
Product matches and pricing data are sourced from Amazon in real-time. However, prices and fees can change at any time. Always verify critical data directly on Amazon before making large purchasing decisions.
Can I export my results?
Yes. Every job's results can be exported as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS), which means you can only access your own data. Files are stored with per-user access controls, and all connections are encrypted with TLS.

Sign in with your email, purchase some tokens, and upload your first catalog. The entire process from upload to profitability results typically takes just a few minutes.
