1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cheetah Scanner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Cheetah Scanner is a SaaS tool for Amazon resellers. You upload distributor catalog files, and the Service extracts product data, matches products to Amazon listings, and calculates estimated profitability metrics.
3. Token Economy & Payments
The Service uses a token-based system. Each Amazon product match consumes one token. Tokens are purchased in advance via Stripe. Token purchases are non-refundable. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity purchased.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: uploading malicious files, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, circumventing usage limits, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all catalog data you upload. Cheetah Scanner retains ownership of the Service, its design, code, and infrastructure. The analysis results generated by the Service are provided for your use but do not transfer any IP rights in the underlying algorithms or data sources.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Product matching and profitability calculations are estimates based on third-party Amazon data. Cheetah Scanner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Pricing, fees, and product availability on Amazon may change at any time. You are solely responsible for verifying any data before making purchasing decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheetah Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings. Upon termination, any remaining tokens are forfeited.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
